Ever read a Bible verse and think: "Sounds great. But, how do I apply this to my situation?" Yeah. Me, too. Forgiveness sounded like a good idea until I actually had to forgive someone who'd wronged me. Same with loving my neighbor. Should be easy, right? Sure. Then God brought people into my life I didn't feel like loving. As a young wife and mother, I had no idea how hard--and rewarding--following God would be. Now, as a wife, mother, mother-in-law, grammy, daughter, and more, I'm still surprised by what God calls me to do. With decades of experience and answered prayers behind me, all I have to do is remember God's faithfulness. I hope the stories shared on this blog will encourage you to step out in faith and live God's way--even when it's hard--because our God is faithful.
